Anyone with true skates knows the rivets are constantly coming out. This solved that problem and was incredibly easy. Love it!
I love the idea of the product, however it did not work on my Bauer Custom Supreme 1000 skates, circa 1986. They were too short. I will keep it in case I need them on my newer skates in the future.
Installing the rivets was easy for the most part and you do not feel the rivet head under your foot.
I did have an issue with 2 rivets where the 2 prongs do not grab and the rivet turns inside the skate as you try and tighten the nut. So you can not fully tighten the rivet down all the way. I wasn't able to find a way of holding the rivet from the inside of the skate so it doesn't rotate
Great product. Had a skate shop say they couldn't put marsblades on a set of skates so I did it with QuiveTz myself. Worked great and we're easy to use. Got an extra for my hockey bag too. Thanks.
